The Gaming Control Board lists wagering on sporting events as prohibited outside licensed horse racing and says the state does not sanction any online gambling; casino gaming exists at tribal casinos under tribal-state compacts. In-person sportsbooks at some tribal casinos could not be confirmed on an official page we were able to open (the relevant New Mexico Legislature document was blocked), so the status is unverified.

Betting with offshore, unlicensed sites is not legal sports betting in New Mexico: they are not regulated in the US, and your deposits and winnings have no protection. We never list them.
